CHINESE NEW YEAR IS COMING SOON!!!!!
and that means..
im gonna put on extra weight again...
sianz...
went out wif my sim classmates again last wk..
but onli a handful though..
went 2 support my ogl at the cathay coz hes singing in Ben n Jerry's..
after that went shop around..
then 2 of them drove car n we went 2 eat supper at Holland V.
chilled n chit chatted until nearing 3am...
conclusion??
ALL the supper n late nites are making me growing fatter n fatter each day..
SO,
ive started 2 do my sit ups again..
SHAN, TING...
BADMINTON again okay?
i need 2 loose those fats le..
need more exercise..
haha~

mum juz told me tt 2009 is a super tough year..
not juz the economy, but its not a gd year for those born in the Dragon year..
so i guess,
im gonna have a hard tym in sch..
and dragon babies, try not 2 be so san ba (bitchy/gossipy)
coz u might have a fan xiao guo...(reversed effect)
tts the feng shui n analogy for this year, according 2 my mummy...

i cant stop when i start 2 talk..

Woa..

never done vigorous exercise for such a long time..

A few days ago, Shan n Ting came 2 my hous n play badminton wif me again...

and this tym, onli my rite arm hurts..

haha...but thanks to them tt i started 2 do smth sporty again..

1st tym hang out wif my og peeps frm SIM...

(og means 'orientation grp')

u dun have 2 noe the term la, juz treat its as class peeps..

i tink im so different frm what i used 2 be in sec sch n poly..

i used 2 tink tt i can make frens easily de..

and i am a very approachable person..

but then..

it seems tt my 人缘 not so good in SIM..

haha..

i hang out wif Ting most of the times..

and even in the outing ytd,

we are sticking 2 one another oso..

haiz...

and y izzit tt its so hard 2 start a conver wif them in msn too?

but we did alot of tings ytd..

went 2 have lunch at Bugis..

then aftr tt split into 2 grps..

some went shopping, some went play pool..

i went play pool wif Ting oso..

and my skills SUCKS big time..

too long didnt play, totally lost touch le..

then aftr tt went 2 mit e other grp in Bugis Junction..

met our ogls..

walked 2 marina square 2 purchase our movie ticks b4 we chill at starbucks..

chatted awhile at starbucks..

and my ogls kept making fun of me larh..

kept calling me librarian coz i looked lyk one..

keep saying tings lyk "eh, wad tym our library in SIM close ar?"

"how much u charge for overdue bks ar?"

wth~

then was bored so went shopping wif some of e gals n ting n jerome joined as well..

hes such a 'ladie's' kinda person.. -.-''

aftr tt some of us stayed 2 watch Transporter 3..

aftr e movie, we went 2 esplanade 2 eat supper n chit chatted..

the chit chatting session turned out 2 be some kinda "love advice" session frm our ogls..

haha..

but ive got 2 know some of my og peeps even better too..

still,

i hope everything goes well in the entire sch term..

AND IM SO IN LOVE WIF FT ISLAND'S SONGS......

ppl,

fyi, FT Island is a korean rock boy band..

onli 1 lead vocalist..

but hes got such a nice n powerful voice...

but my fave is the bassist or so you called..

their songs are super sad n sorrow kind..

more to lyk slow rock..

very melancholic..

nice to listen when u wanna tink abt ur lover..

IM ONLI JOKING... serious..

but if u realli feel sad, listening 2 songs is realli a gd way 2 destress..

Aftr Mkt lecture 2day,
accompany Shan to retrieve her hp frm repair..
then went for lunch...
bought shi ling crispy chicken, sushi..
then went eat at MOS burger..

and the phenomenen happened...
i started playing sports!!!
went ting hous get changed n played badminton..
but the wind is bent on spoiling our fun..

played basketball..
some lil kids wanted a match wif the three of us..
And so we played..
and we WON!!!

by luck i tink... coz they r onli lil kids..
not the pro basketballers or those frequent player lyk my bro kind..
otherwise sure kena beaten lyk siao...
but damn shagged..
we are old bones le...
wahaha~

reached home n put up some decorations for the new yr wif my parents..

Had a taste of the marketing lecture 2day...

gosh, its really chimalogy..

aftr lecture, went for lunch with Ting..

then aftr tt went 2 find my parents at Bugis..

My parents brought me to Fu Lu Shou complex...

(fyi, its the place tt sells lots of buddhist/buddha stuff...)

so yup,

went there 2 pray the 四面佛

hopefully everything goes well for me through the year..

Chinese New Year is round the corner..

Cant wait 2 'squeeze' people in Chinatown this Sun..

go shop for 年货(CNY goodies) wif my parents n Grandma...

Today is my 2nd day of school at SIM..
to tell the truth,
lecture is tiring..

i cant say its boring,
coz the lecturer is somehow entertaining..
though most of the time i dun really understand =p

tiring... is coz ive nvr had a 3 hr lecture straight b4..
the longest lectures i had in NYP is only 2 hours..

Had History of Management Thought for the past 2 days..
2ml will be the last b4 the start if another module..
After hearing the module requirement,
i was in a serious stress mode..

Suddenly,
the thought of grp projects and individual assignments..
is starting 2 freak me out again..

BUT!!!
the thing that made me stress the most..
is not these..

ITS THE FREAKING EXPENSIVE TEXTBOOKS!!!

66 bucks for this HMT module..
can imagine how much will i spend altogether for the nxt few modules..
for this sem onli!!!!
whew~

Fortunately Chinleng n Shiting can lend me..
Though its a different edition, i heard its pretty much the same..
so hope that it is.. so i can save money..

Anw, nothing interesting happened recently,
coz its home -> lecture -> home..
or maybe home -> lecture -> dinner wif ting ->home..
so its kinda routine..

GOODBYE 2008... HELLO 2009!!!!
its been sometime since i last blogged..
Before i officially embrace the new year,
i shall blog about events that happened on 2008..
a summary of events that i was too lazy 2 blog about..
here goes..

Been through quite a tough time the past few weeks..
and im glad everything is going 2 end soon..
2ml is my official last day of work...
and then i shall rest a few days b4 i start sch on the 5th jan..
SIM... here i come~

looking back..
ive been working non-stop for the past 7mths..
after final year exams at NYP.. I began working at UOB..
and had real fun over there.. here are some of my farewell pics..

They gave me a farewell card and some gifts..

the most freaky thing is tt my cousin is now working in uob..

21st DECEMBER...

Went to Victoria concert hall to watch my cousin's performace..
My cousin is in Sembawang wind ochestra and is the resident conductor..
Hes also the band head and im proud of that..=)

i like the theatre's atmosphere... notice the lightings very romantic..

my only nephew... so that explains my 'obsession'..

the orientation took the entire day from 8.30am to around 10pm..

Reached home real late and totally shagged coz we played many games...

not too bad..
but i tink it can be better though..
coz my sis told me the story from the novel itself..
I'd say the movie is 70% romance and 30% action..
unlike the novel, action alot..

but when i reached home from work,
mum told me tt 2day is my uncle's registeration of marriage..
so we had a mini ceremony going on n we had 2 be there..

its officially the start of the new year..
